Nuke logjam: CPM leader Sitaram Yechury (left) and Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee during a press conference after a meeting of the UPA-Left committee on Indo-US nuclear deal in New Delhi. The committee decided to meet again on May 28 after the government made a vain bid to get the outside allies' support for going ahead with securing the India-specific safeguards agreement with the global atomic watchdog Internal Atomic Energy Agency.

Fore-word:
I have a feeling that due to heavy bullying by the ‘Left’ hand, UPA is looking for a graceful exit from the N-deal issue. It won’t be surprising, if you soon find Manmohan Singh-Ji, the soft-hearted gentleman that he is, chooses to sing the following song to Prakash Karat & party!
(I hope my premonition goes wrong!):
'Jo ‘Left’-ko ho pasand wohi baat kahenge ----' , A parody!
(To be sung to the tune of ‘Jo tumko ho pasand wohi baat kahenge’ sung by Mukesh for ‘Safar’):
Jo ‘Left’-ko ho pasand wohi baat kahenge
N-deal-ko agar ‘No’ kaho, ‘No’ kahenge!
Jo ‘Left’-ko ho pasand wohi baat kahenge!
Thaamenge, saraahenge, pataayenge aap-hi ko
Latkaa hai jo gardan-mein, ‘Co-alition’ aap-hi ke
Apni-- ‘Government’-ko aap-ki, Apni-- ‘Government’-ko aapki
Apni ‘Government’-ko aap-ki saugaat kahenge!
N-deal-ko agar ‘No’ kaho, ‘No’ kahenge!
Jo ‘Left’-ko ho pasand wohi baat kahenge!
‘Globalizing’--ko tum ‘stall’ karo, ‘Back-track’-- hum karenge
‘Competition’--ki hum baat kare, ‘Confrontation’-- aap karenge
'Divestment'-ko hum 'start' kare, 'Demonstration' -- aap karenge
‘Private--Sector’-ko aap-ki, ‘Private--Sector’-ko aap-ki
‘Private Sector’-ko aap-ki ‘foot-ball’ kahenge!
N-deal-ko agar ‘No’ kaho, ‘No’ kahenge!
Jo ‘Left’-ko ho pasand wohi baat kahenge!
